Specialist Cyst On Kidney. Any Experience?

It's definitely on the kidney but its only approx 1cm in size but is stopping her eating and causing her a lot of pain and barely moves. Really struggling to find anyone who can offer any treatment and was really hoping someone could recommend somewhere please or any advice? Many thanks x
