Hi, i read up about veggies everywhere and everyone says different things. I want to find veggies i can feed my piggies daily without risk of health problems. So can anyone recommend veggies i can feed daily?

Hi and welcome, hopefully someone will link in the comprehensive food guide for you soon (sorry can't copy links on my phone, @Siikibam @Piggies&buns can you post the link?).
Cucumber and bell peppers are good every day veg, along with some sort of leafy veg- coriander/cilantro and some lettuces (romaine, little gem, babyleaf) can be fed daily, usually alternating with a bit of higher calcium leafy veg like spinach, kale or parsley fed once or twice a week. Some piggies also enjoy green beans and celery. Higher calorie veg like babycorn or carrots should be fed very sparingly, a very small piece as a treat once or twice a week but no more often than that. Fresh grass can replace the leafy veg too, if you have access to clean fresh grass that hasnt been treated with chemicals and isnt accessed by dogs- grass is what they would mostly eat in the wild! And of course hay should make up most of their diet, 80% of their food should be hay, and very few pellets/nuggets- a tablespoonful a day, no more.

Thank you, i do give them grass trimmings (is that okay?) that is clean and fresh, and i do give them a table spoon of burgess (black current and oregano). I normally feed them bell peppers, cucumbers, sometimes carrots and a variety of different lettuces/cabbages each day.

be careful with cabbage - it can cause gas/bloat. Spring greens are fine as they are a milder version

Grass clippings - as long as they are cut by scissors or pulled by hand, then it is absolutely fine. Grass is fab to have in their diet as it is their natural food. But do not use any which is cut by a mower (grass clipping by a mower ferment and can make piggies very poorly)

I cut grass with scissors. Thank you so much for answering my questions! It is very hard to look for answers on websites as they have different information, but thank you!

My boys get cucumber, yellow or green pepper (orange and red are higher in sugar), romaine lettuce and spring greens every day along with a rotation of other veg 🙂

There are many good lettuces and other salad leaves, little gem, romaine, babyleaf, butterhead, lamb's lettuce, chard... we like to buy mixed bags of salad leaves, as well as sometimes getting little gem lettuces or bunches of coriander or parsley. Sometimes my piggies get a salad leaf mix bag that has grated beetroot in too, that's a favourite treat for them!

I normally give them little gem, but I have been trying different ones out and researching some. I have only had my boys for a month, so i am still finding things they like!
