dehydrated veggis

I garden and preserve a lot of veggies by dehydrating them. I notice that many pellet formulas have dehydrated veggies in them. I gave some to my piggies, just a few, carrot pieces, mixed veg. Well it has been a few days now, giving a bit each day and they are completely nuts for them. xx>>>xx>>

When I get the bag my white girl skweaks like she is crazy and jumps in the bowl before I even give them the treat! They must like that they are so crunchy.

As a treat dehydrated veggies are a big hit!

OOO sounds like a tasty snack, How do you dehydrate them as I haven't a clue on how to do it.
Your dehydrated veg is probs better for the pigs compared to pet food ones as there isnt any added sugar

I have a dehydrator but you can do it in your oven. Google "how to dehydrate vegetables" you can do fruit too.
