Hi all, I give my piggies ready grass, Timothy hay and meadow hay. The readigrass is mainly when it’s poor weather and they don’t want to come into their garden run.
I ordered some readigrass, but have been sent Dengue meadow grass with herbs by mistake.
It’s description is below...

Will this be ok for a treat? Guess the herbs are fine, just not sure about the rapseed oil and liquorice root!

‘A blend of Lincolnshire's finest meadow grasses are dried, chopped and lightly dressed with rapeseed oil. Topped with a unique blend of herbs including liquorice root, fennel, mint, chamomile and aniseed

I wouldn’t give them anything with oil on it. And I’m not sure whether aniseed and liquorice root are safe to feed. I’d return it and tell them they sent you the wrong thing.

Another thing to bear in mind is that readigrass shouldn’t be fed daily. It’s high in calcium and should be kept to an occasional treat.
