Hiya:D

So, I have been trying to perfect or at least improve my piggies diet.
I was wondering If I should cut out their dinner.
So basically in the morning I feed them:
Half a lettuce leaf
A piece of bell pepper
any herb or random vegetable I have

Then I repeat that for dinner
I know they should only have like 10% of vegetables
in their diet so I was wondering if I should like
take away their dinner.
And If I do when should I give them food?
Should I give it in the evening, as a lunch or breakfast or dinner?

What pellets do you feed and do they have access to unlimited hay all of the time?
What are their ages and weights?

I tend to feed mine a cup of fresh veg per day per pig, so it certainly doesn't sound like you are overfeeding their fresh food, but a lot will depend on the otthr parts of their diet.

An excellent place to start is here:
Long Term Balanced General And Special Needs Guinea Pig Diets

I feed them unlimited hay and 1 tablespoon of pellets at night.
Both are 800 grams and are 4 months old.
Dont worry they are not overweight as their heft is not covered by to much fat.
One of my piggies named Nugs, is a bit chubby.

You asked what type of pellets and I believe they are from the brand Redkite. It's the only brand my pet store sells, at least they are suppose to have a lot of vitamin C in them !
