When my friend went shopping for me, she couldn't see any bedding or feeding hay (because everyone is panic buying), so she got guinea pig STRAW and this readigrass stuff - is it OK for my guinea pigs?

Yes these will be fine in the short term but get hay as soon as you can too. Readigrass is much richer than normal hay so is usually only fed in small amounts and straw is poorer quality but can still be eaten and provides valuable fibre, keep an eye on the piggy poops to make sure they remain normal
