Hi everyone! My piggie recently suffered a URI,but is now completely healthy again! Do I need to clean all the items the piggie used/touched so it doesn't get it again?
 
URI is not transmitted by touch, but by drop infection; he won't infect himself and after a two weeks' wait he will be ready for another friend. However, it is always a good idea to give your piggy things a thorough clean from time to time! ;)
 
I disinfect the hutches twice a week anyway, and a thorough power-wash in summer.
