Do I need a lid for C&C cage opinions please!

We have one dog, and he isn't allowed upstairs. Our guinea pigs ive upstirs in the bedroom, we close the door when not in there.

I am unsure how to build a hinged lid, and was after opinions if you think I need a lid on the cage or not?

if the dog doesnt go upstairs and the door is shut when you go out i dont think you need a lid, but its up to you

I'd agree with lauralucy. Would your dog harm the piggies?

Not sure if he would harm them, he is interested in my sister's rabbits but I think he is more inquisitive than actually wanting to harm them he old proberbly just sniff!
