Do piggies 'go grey'?

None of mine have gone grey, but one of my pigs with lilac patches got paler and paler as she got older. When she was a baby, her lilac patches were a dark grey, but by the time she was old, they were hard to distinguish from the white patches adjacent to them.

Jenny is definitely looking older now. She’s got a ginger face but her muzzle has definitely changed. Bless her.

Aw, what age is Jenny?

We got her 4 years ago and she was approaching 2 then I think. So she’s a good 5.5-6 now (she was a rescue so not entirely sure)

I had one that appeared to "go grey" to some extent. She was a tricolour but as a baby had a ginger stripe on her bum, a ginger patch on her face and a white stripe on her face. She clearly had white hairs mixed with all the black on her and these appeared more prominent as she grew older hence the appearance of going grey
