So my 2 piggies probably get used to me, they easily eat from my hand and one of them isn't even scared when I'm incoming. So I decided to take them out of cage, I did't "hunt" them, just place some kind of trapsporter full of food and they got into it. Then I put them on a table and started talking to them, giving food, but they were kinda paralyzed, I was giving them food, but they didn't react. I put them on the floor and they started running away from me, looking for spot to hide. When they found one, I couldn't get them out, was giving them food, but they totally are not attracted by it outside the cage. After 1 hour I had to use force to take them out of hiding and now they are scared, don't want to come out of cage, even if I give them food. Is it just to early (2 months) to take them out or what?

The problem is that your Guinea Pigs are just not used to being outside setting up tunnels beds and stuff they would like outside then using a ramp so they can come out if and when they want to and will have a easy route back in brine them with food everywhere also if you do lap time just take one at a time in a hidey or just on your lap but with fleece on them so they feel protected

Two months is enough you have definitely been patient letting them settle in and get used to you

Ours hate being taken out of the cage, the whole act of picking them up is scary, but they seem to love being in the playpen on their own. Much more than being in a smaller container with forced human company. Have you thought of minimising the human contact and transport bit, moving them very quickly from their cage to a safe space with places to hide then just sitting a safe distance away and being still and quiet and watching what they do?
Ours also seem to like a song to explain what is going to happen, "playpen playpen playpen time!" If we are silent when handling them then Puggle freaks out a bit, she's all about the singing...

With mine I put a wooden bridge over the cage door and let them come out if they want to.
The 2 younger ones usually come out and have freedom to roam much of our downstairs.
There’s tunnels and hideys for them. Human contact is on their terms. Petting is acceptable if food is also involved.
They are good at going back in by themselves too - usually because there’s food in the cage.
I sit on the floor with them and talk to them so they have become used to me.
It takes time for a guinea pig to feel safe.

So is it possible that they leave the cage and don't come back? Should I always monitor them while outside the cage?

If they are not in a run then yes. They could get up to all sorts of mischief otherwise.

They can get into plenty mischief even in a playpen, Piggle already tried to enter the wooden hidey tube via the skylight and got her bum stuck! Even in a playpen I wouldnt leave them unattended for longer than 10 or 15 minutes or go further away than the kitchen or bathroom, much like preschool age children :)
