Guinea pigs only need baths for hygiene or medical reasons, either on the advice of a vet, or if their bottom is noticeably wet and smelly or caked with poo. If they are dirty its probably still worth a vet check as healtjy piggies usually keep their bottoms and fur very clean! A bum bath just gently washing the bum area while they sit in an inch of water in a bucket is usually enough, and you should use a special small animal shampoo like @Betsy recommends above.
