mutton chops

I was wondering if any of you take your Guinea pigs out anywhere other than the Vets?

We've just returned from an evening at a friends house and the Girls came with us in thier basket and had lots of cuddles whilst we were there (they made lots of purring happy noises).

They also come to my mums house which is a 2 1/2 hr drive and have a holiday with us!

They have not yet been for a Sunday afternoon drink at the pub but I bet they'll love it!

As long as we're with them, they are quite happy to travel and dont get stressed by the journey's and sleep on our laps in the car and happily eat and drink as normal.

We are even planing to take them away with us on our holiday to Devon next spring in a caravan on a Haven site - saves having to find a Sitter who will meet our piggie pampering standards!

They have a lovely brightly coloured carrier which always gets them noticed and people know now that our girls are always clean and will ask to be put back in it if they need to powder their nose's!

How cute :) :) :)
I know of a girl in the USA who takes her piggies for a ride in a babies pram... :) :) :)
Our little man prefers not to go in the car cause it usually means the vet >:(

yea, theres a small animal pram on ebay haha

i take mine to friends houses to visit their pigs

So cute. I take a pig down to my Nan's sometimes in a small cage. She likes to see them. We haven't been to Norfolk yet since having the pigs but we will take 2 of them down when we go and leave the pigs with my mum and dad or a sitter which I think would be better as my folks aren't animal people!
