Does the live chat work?

i realise that this could be a mac problem, but when i click on the live chat i only get faq - smilies? any ideas?

I get the self and same thing. I am new and it confused me!

if you go to the main page and scroll down it is at the bottom... it is very weird...

I think you need to make a certain number of posts before you are able to access live chat. I'll confirm that with Ellie though when I next speak to her.
