She got really distressed when they got home with the regular cone yesterday afternoon so my sister ended up travelling over to two P@Hs in Coventry to find one (as our shop was shut ), so much better with that!
She’s on synulox every 12 hours, my sister has to clean it a couple of times a day and back to the vets on Friday!
Yes after my horrifying experience with Rosie the cat’s infected spay wound and a cone I had a feeling she might not tolerate a regular one too well!Aww I’m happy to help. My two have always been less distressed with that type than the cone. Hope it heals up super fast for her. Such a cute and brave girl.

So sorry about lovely Derek, he was such a little fighter bless him Hope the rest of the gorgeous gang are ok xx
Oh blimey! That’s opened up good and proper. Big ouch! Bet your sister is feeling stressed- you too. Much love. XWarning! Don’t look if you’re not good with open wounds!
Look what Princess looks like now! Sister came home from work to find she’d managed to do this, they warned her it’d be a harder recovery with this one because of where it is, so easy to rip the stitches Ouch

So lots of cleaning for my sister, vets have seen it and she’s back to see them Friday. I’ve been up there giving her a hand, but have told her to clean it as much as she can! Poor Princess bless her.
