Hi,

I just thought i'd post a picture of my new addition. This is little Dora at just a few days old. Unless i'm wrong, and please correct me if I am, she is an agouti aby ridgeback cross. In other-words a complete mixture.

Dora and her mum Tilly will stay with us in the sanctuary and hopefully be bonded with a larger group in their guinea pig playground.

oh my gosh! she's one of the prettiest things i've EVER seen! she is agouti, and abbysinian, but i'm sure a ridgeback happens when you breed an abby with a short haired? so i'm sure they cant be both? not sure there. but if she's got the cheeky abby nature, you'll have no problems rehoming as she'll be a barrel of laughs, infact you'll want to keep her yourself! thanks for sharing, she's jaw dropping xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
 
Thank you. She has a mohican from top to bottom and dad is part ridgeback as I rescued him at the same time.

I had no idea that guinea pigs could have blue eyes... or is that just the reflection of the light? Looks totally stunning, either way. Poor Barnie, though... hope he doesn't pine for her too long.
 
Hi,

Barnie has already been neutered and adopted. He is living with wizardpiggylips ( Keren and Lauren ) where he will be bonded with Izzy and Pip in the very near future.
A perfect Christmas present for him as they are lovely piggies in a fantastic caring home.
