Dosages for Panomec and Gripe Water

I'm totally failing to find anything on the search these days (must be going blind!), so apologies if I'm asking something that I could have found elsewhere.

I'm expecting my Panomec (ivermectin) to arrive tomorrow, and I don't know the dosage (although I know it is very low). One of my piggies is underweight at the moment, so I especially don't want to overdose her.

Also, I am using Infacol for Cassie's gas at the moment, but was going to get some Gripe Water at the weekend to try that, and wondered what the dosage was.

Ivomec is 2 drops followed by another 2 drops, 10-12 days later. I assume Panomec would be the same. There does seem to be conflicting opinions on when to give the second dose. I give mine at 10-12 days to ensure the mites have developed. I suppose the optimum time is to take the average and give the dose on day 10.
 
Panomec is the same as ivomec just a different brand name it is the same strength.

Yes, I must admit, I'm always a bit unsure as to exactly the right day to repeat the ivermectin on.

Wow, that's a high dose for the gripe water! Will try and get some today...
 
Dentinox Colic Drops are an alternative to Gripe Water. Dose is 2ml.
 
Oral dosing treats internal and external parasites. Topically only treats externally.
 
Yep, both are Ivermectin products - Ivomec and Panomec are just different brand names for the same thing.
 
I always treat orally with panomec - I like to know it's all gone where it's supposed to :)) And yep, I repeat in 10 days.
