Dried stuff on top of nose

Hi my guinea pig Charlie has something kinda slightly pinkish but more tan dried on the top of his nose does anyone know what this might be? I don't see any big sore or anything.Not very good pics he doesn't like when I start examining him.he is shy.

What does it feel like to touch it - if it’s dried does it feel hard?
If yes, then it’s possible it’s just boar glue (semen). It dries rock hard and you won’t be able to remove it easily, so best just to leave it alone and let it work it’s way off in its own time.
If you do conclude it’s boar glue then it has either got there because of a male cage mate, but it’s also possible he got his own semen on his nose

Ok, thank you. Yah I don't see a sore and he does have a younger cage mate about 5 months old.
