After holding Agnes today, I noticed her feet look quite dry. Is there anything I can do to help them to be not be dry?

Gertrude's feet don't look dry and wonder why Agnes' are..

Thanks for any help!

www.gorgeousguineas.co.uk is a good place to browse to look for creams or lotions for dry piggy skin.

What is Agnes bedded on? I've heard woodshavings can cause dry feet. Also if she spends a lot of time on concrete or a rough surface, that could also contribute.

Hope you get her sorted :)

I have mine on woodshavings but then again I have a thick layer of hay so they don't come into contact with it :)

Thanks for that Piggylet! I will definitely have a look at that.

Yeah, they're both on wood shavings, I didn't know it could cause dry skin :(

I open their cage and they jump in and out and have a run around the living room, they seem to like it, but it's all carpet so, I wonder if it is the wood shavings causing it?
