Dust extracted hay

I went to a different pet shop today and bought a big bag of dust extracted hay. I normally get compressed hay which I know isnt great so I wanted to change it. It says on the bag that its also been screened, what does this mean? Does this lower the chance of hay mites?
 
Possible it may mean that it has been checked for lice, what is the name of the company of the hay, you maybe able to email them and ask what it means or you may find some information online.
