I previously had a vet look at a lump on my cavvies ear. He said it was a harmless thing, they could remove it but it's unnecessary. Recently though I noticed some black dried blood (most likely blood) from the growth and the top protrusion is gone but it's larger on the bottom of her ear. I attached images, is this a potential health issue or still harmless?

Hard to tell from the photo. I would imagine it has been caught with a scratch and bled. The only thing you can do is see another vet if you are still concerned. Tagging in @helen105281 @Elwickcavies

Often little lumps like this appear and are completely harmless, so hopefull nothing to worry about.

No medical advice to offer (sorry) but it sort of looks like she tried to pierce her own ear - is she going through a rebellious phase :))

Not too sure what it is either tbh, though it does look harmless to me as it has not spread.
