I got my piggies about a week ago from a pet shop which had them up for adoption. I don't know much about the previous owners, just that they didn't really have the time for them, apparently. They're both quite timid but are coming round.

Anyway, my aunt pointed out today that both of their ears are quite frilly - they look like they've been bitten, but are healed fine? Is this normal?

Maybe an over keen mum trying to clean them when they were born, oh a small argument before you got them between pigs.

I've had pigs here and there ears have been snipped with scissors! :( And they healed ok.

I think it's pretty rare to have a pig with *perfect* ears! All of mine, most rescues, have one split, bump or chunk missing one way or another. Very normal. :)

Welcome to the forum.

Only Mr Twinks has perfect ears here mainly because if anyone goes near him he goes ape! :(|)

Ah thank you, I'm so glad! They're currently in my room hiding under my standing corner shelf together. They dragged a piece of celery underneath there together, they're so funny, but still quite timid. One is prone to kicking.

I have realised that I have so much space to give to these special little animals, I recently got commended on their run today...apparently it's perfect for them... I just need something they can run about in outside now!
