Exotic Direct Payout?

I think a few people on here use Exotic Direct for insurance - anyone know how long they normally take to process a claim?
Had to do the first one last week with another hot on its heels coming up tomorrow and just wondering how long it might take to see some money back. This is not a good time financially to be having to deal with vet bills to deal with!

Usually really quick, around 1 week is what I found as normal although that was a while ago.

I received mine about 3 weeks after putting the claim in. They are quick but sometimes vets can faff around with their bit so maybe ask your vet when he expects to send it off.

@Guinea Slave - nothing too serious going on (I hope!) but Tango having some unexplained tummy troubles at the moment x

Exotic turn it around within 10 days - its usually the vets that hang on to it for 2 or 3 weeks in my experience and slow everything down
