So the little lady has gone. She had a tough start, rescued (and pregnant) from an overcrowding situation where she was one of many pigs found in a shed after their owner passed away. After her baby was born she was bonded with Timmy and put up for adoption. They were in Wood Green for a while before we took them home.
We lost Timmy 18 months ago at 7.5 and expected to lose Jenny soon after but she had a new lease of life after the humping stopped 😂 She passed her honorary 9th birthday last month but age was beginning to show.
She refused to give in and she had a helping hand to the bridge with a tummy full of coriander and crack (metacam, oh she loved that stuff! She had a double dose before we left. Naughty but so delicious)
Our piggy journey is over after a much much longer run than we expected.

The front room looks far too big without her. We are going to miss that little face.

Sorry for your loss. You gave Jenny a wonderful life, and 9 years is an amazing age. Sleep tight Jenny x

So sorry for your loss of beautiful Queen Jenny.
You gave her that last gift of love, after an amazingly long life filled with love.
Be gentle with yourself as you grieve.

Sorry for your loss. 9 is an incredible age and is testament to how well you cared for her. Although I know whatever time they have with us it's never enough.

Such sad news about the lovely Jenny - she got to her forever home and was living her best life with you all
9 yrs is amazing
Take care as you grieve and the memories of Jenny will comfort you all
Popcorn freely at RB lovely Jenny reunited with Timmy ❤️

I’m so sorry that you’ve had to say goodbye to the beautiful Queen Jenny. She was a stunning lady and I’m so pleased that after her difficult start she found her forever home with you. It’s never easy to say goodbye but she clearly had a lovely send off with metacam and coriander before her trip to the vet. Big hugs xx

So very sorry that you had to say farewell to your gorgeous Jenny. Reunited with Timmy. Sleep tight little one 🌈❤️

I am so sorry you had to let Jenny go, but what an amazing age she made from such a miserable start in life. I hope, when you have healed and your memories bring back happy times it’s not the final end to your piggie story  Take care x

Sleep tight little lady 🌈

I'm so sorry to hear about Jenny, I'm sure she has left a big whole in your heart. She spent a wonderful life with you. ❤
I completely agree that there's nothing wrong with an overdose of 'crack' before the end. In fact I'm suprised it isn't actively recommended for piggies who could do with being made a bit more comfortable.
RIP Jenny 🌈

So sorry that you lost Queen Jenny. She was a lovely girl who was clearly very loved and well looked after. Have a hug

Very sorry to hear that your beloved girl has crossed the rainbow bridge. Jenny really did have a wonderful long and happy life with you, what more could a piggy wish for. ❤️

I’m so sorry Queen Jenny has left for the bridge. She’s together forever with Timmy once again. Take care ❤️

I'm deeply sorry for your loss. Jenny's journey and the love you provided her shine through your words. It's heartwarming to hear how she found a new lease on life and brought joy even after facing tough times. Cherish the memories and the love you shared. The absence of her little face must be difficult, but she'll always have a special place in your heart.
