So my little girlies have gone off of cabbage for some reason, it used to be one of their favourites of the week but now they won't touch it, even if it's left in the cage! I was just looking for some ideas of new veggies to try out with them and thought I'd ask what everyone's piggies favourites were so I can see if Florence and Lola will like them :)

What's your piggies favourites and how often do you feed them? Florence and Lola loooove spinach night and won't stop shouting at me until I give it to them!

It's a piggy thing - this week's favourite is next week's won't touch at all!
Mine love lambs lettuce, spinach, parsley, red pepper, cucumber, chicory, celery, sweet potato, baby corn - there's not much they don't like really.

I might try mine with some baby corn and sweet potato, they only like spinach and parsley out of that list haha. They eat the outside of cucumber but not the inside haha, funny little piggies!

Ours love carrot greens, purple kale, brussels sprout greens, bok choi, chinese leaf, cavolo nero, kholrabi (these ones are once or twice a week sort of things)

They also enjoy beetroot, corn on the cob (they loooove the husks and silks best) chicory, spinach, salad leaves, pea shoots, dill, mint, thyme, parsley, corriander, rainbow and swiss chard, cauliflower leaves.. I find feeding a wide variety helps lessen the amount of times they go off something. They used to get really sick of spring/collard greens when I fed them every other day or so but are quite keen on them again after only giving it weekly for a while.

Ooh fab ideas! I'll have to make my way across town to the huge Asda superstore, it's so big it's Asda/Wal-Mart haha! I'm sure they've got loads of good stuff. Mine used to love watercress but I can't find it in bags anymore, just the tiny bits grown in pots

Chard is an all round favourite in my house, in fact I planted some in my raised bed a few years ago and it's self seeded ever since! Fab free food :))

Coriander is so loved in our house as is Little Gem Lettuce, they get one of these two in the evening alternated

I didn’t know that Guinea pigs could eat sweet potatoes , I’m going to try some my piggies with some today

My boys love parsley!
