I have just brought my piggies inside for the first time and they are very nervous, not moving even though I have put some grass and Kale in for them (their favourites) what else can I do to make them more happier?

I'm assuming they are inside for the winter, not inside for floor time?

If they are only inside for floor time it's not a good idea to bring them into the warm house then put them back outside into the cold because the temperature fluctuations are not good for them.

They are nervous probably because it is all new surroundings in an area they have never been in before and all new smells etc. Put down lots of hidey places, tubes, toys etc. and they should explore more O0

Thanks O0

I have put my trick or treat bucket in it and some grassed and they crawled straight in :)

I had similiar worries when I moved my piggies in for the winter last weekend! A week on, and they are getting braver, but its taken a long time for them to get used to the noises and smells and the general hullabaloo that happens inside. I've just had to be really patient and made sure they have places to hide, and had lots and lots of cuddles... ooooh and veggies :smitten: :smitten: good luck!

Oh I'm not moving them inside its only for floor time :)
