He is not pleased you lot give me ideas, he just got subjected to a chin scratch and although he quite liked it (but dont tell the slave that) he doesnt want to have the slave expect to do that everytime, he would much rather run round like a nutter being scared of the slave each time she invades to clean and feed.

I managed to gently get close enough to scratch him under the chin and he sat there taking it, when I stopped he didnt run off and he didnt look like he was scared stiff of me either - I think he enjoyed it really they girls wouldnt play ball and kept running from me, crystal kept turning round to face me chattering her teeth, fudge just kept running and minty jumped everytime I managed to touch her.

All 4 will sit for cuddles, crystal isnt overly keen on them in general and prefers to walk over my hands and take food from me but has never quite got used to being touched for too long, the others actually go to sleep, minty likes to snuggle under my chin so its not that they hate being touched, just them being particular, they wanted their veg more

That is great progress.

its like a huge leap of progress for this poor man, he was very skittish in the rescue and thanks to the foster mums work he was managable when handling (previous pigs were much worse) and he still has his moments when he freaks out about being caught, so to be able to touch him let alone tickle his chin without holding him is massive progress.

I cleaned them out today so no chin tickles as they all get unsettled when I clean them out with them in the pen, will see if I can get a sneaky tickle tomorrow
