Fleece after fugal infection

My little piggy Arnie had a tiny little bit of a fugal infection on his rear i have bathed it in maleseb (he has seen vets and the lovely people from the rescue) and it appears much better but when can i put him back on his fleece or could he of stayed on it, this was a question i never thought to ask.

Sorry just unsure as on paper and hay at the minute so i can totally empty and disinfect it twice daily but i want him to have his creature comforts back.
