Fleece Causing Scratching And Biting?

My 4 piggles have been seen by a vet and treated for mites with Xeno. Their fleeces were put away for about 6 weeks. Today I put the fleeces back in their cages, they were very happy to have them back! I had them back with finacard and plastic houses during treatment and F10 insecticide to clean their cages and stop the mites living in the cracks. But as soon as they are back with the fleece they are biting, scratching and shaking their heads. Can is be that all 4 of them or reacting to fleece or the non-bio Persil that I have washed it in? It seems strange for all of them to react. I also last treated them with xeno (the spray this time) on Saturday, so I don't understand this biting and scratching.

Fleece by itself doesn't cause any reactions, but all the disinfecting treatment and the washing powder may do. Please give it another wash with just water.
