Fleece or fluff?

Hello everybody. I have one guinea pig and I wanted to know what would be better fleece or fluff? Currently, I use fluff but I wanted to know if fleece is better. What are the pros and cons of both? How often do I need to clean both?

What do you mean by fluff? Please ensure that anybody you use is absolutely safe for guinea pigs

A lot of people with indoor piggies use fleece as it is easier to sweep up poops and just pop it in the washing machine. If needs to be changed every few days.
