Floor Time

As some of you may know I'm looking to get some piggies within the next week or so.

I'm not new to owning them, but I'm just curious about floor time. It's obviously too cold to let them exercise outside so they will have exercise in my hallway in the house.

I don't want to bring them in too soon, as I want them to get used to me and their new home. However I'd feel guilty about not taking them out for some run around time!

How long should I wait do you think? Feels like a long time since I've had the early stages of owning piggies!

We have a big cage for our 4 girls so they only get run time once a week, that said it is then for 24hrs normally. I would let them settle in 4 days before popping them in a run, it'll just get them used to their new surroundings first.

Good luck getting your guinea piggies. I am new to owning them, I have 2 boys who normally get at least a hour floor time each day which they love x
