Flora came outside with me while I was pegging the washing as the sun is now out although it's still chilly here. She's been checking out the big pot of marjoram every now and again to see if anything had sprouted enough to droop over the edge. Finally it had - but then she found 'ivy-leaved toadflax' with its purple flowers and went nuts for it. This pretty weed is all over my shady garden but hasn't been nibbled before now so I had a little panic but google reckons it's edible for people and the leaves taste a bit like watercress. She had to stand on her back legs to reach it! Ninja piggy - I'm trusting you for now...
