Here is what we give ours,

Cucumber
Carrots
Lettuce,
outside Grass
Apples

I normally feed hima lil of each in AM and PM..

Basicaly what I'm asking is it seems he has "gained" a lil weight and was wondering if any of the above items are high in fat and I should cut out or cut down?

He just seems to always want to eat and begs and begs for food..

he has a constant supply of the "normal" guinea pig food in there as well...

Thanks

It's worth regularly weighing your piggies and keep a track of the weight, ideal weight for a sow (female) is 700 - 900 grams and for a boar (male) it's 900 - 1200 grams. It doesn't matter if they are a bit outside of the 'ideal' weight as long as it isn't restricting movement or causing problems.
Buying as set of scales and recording their weight is really useful if they need to go to the vet and so you can monitor their weight to make sure it isn't decreasing/increasing too much.
Apple and other sweeter fruits should be given in moderation and only every few days as they can cause problems with their mouths because of the sugar.
Lettuce is fine as long as it's not iceberg lettuce as this is too high in water and can cause diarrhoea.

These are a few really useful piggy websites:
