For a sick boy he's forgotten to lose his appetite!

My boys Oats is on antibiotics and considering he makes pain noises when doing his business he's still got a very healthy appetite, especially for basil!

He's still vocal but not as frequent and not as long, hopefully he'll continue to improve. If love could heal alone he'd being doing cart wheels!

Aww, he's gorgeous! My Treacle was the same, she was peeing blood but you'd never know the way she was acting! Eating, squeaking and climbing the bars like crazy!

Ha ha ha, yeah, spoilt but not that spoilt! They never use the sauna or swimming pool but do have their own set of towels!

Hello, he does seem better than before. Not crying as much or for as long but unfortunately he is still crying, twice this morning for example, which is much less than before. I've booked him to see Simon tomorrow to decide a way forward. He's definitely been better, been able to rest for longer.

Oats was xrayed and no stones found, good news, now he's on Zithromax for the next 2 weeks, hopefully this will sort him out. I'd love to get back to purely cuddle times with Oats because he's as fed up of the syringe as me! I've been trying to give Porridge some time too so he doesn't feel neglected.

I've been ill with a bad cold too and now toothache, I have put the Christmas tree up to cheer me up!

I'm finding it hard work with Zithromax, we get it all down along with Metacam on a daily basis. He was great the two days after the xray but he seems to be crying more again. I wonder if it's getting me down because I'm still not recovered myself, I try to give him cuddle time outside of syringe treatment but he's still very standoffish!
Porridge is no different still annoys Oats at any oppourtunity and for his efforts sometimes gets chased around the cage! He popcorned silly when I cleaned the out and changed the layout, I think the favourite is the box of hay section!

Aww they do get upset when we keep giving them medicine. Do you give him a treat afterwards? That is what I do to show them that I am still a friend.

I give him some herbs as a treat, they don;t get that every day (they should be so lucky, would think they're in heaven!)
