Hi folks, have recently been bringing a handful of grass in each morning for piggy breakfast. I can't find anything definitive re any danger of cat wee on here (only dog/fox). There are loads of cats pass through, mostly along the back wall but some come into the grass, so as a precaution I have been washing the grass under the cold tap first but then read we shouldn't feed wet grass... Does this may mean wet from the rain ie due to pollution? Thank you

Cat pee is not poisonous the way dog and fox pee is. My piggies have not suffered from me washing the grass whenever I was in doubt, as long as it is just a portion and they are used to eating that amount of grass. Being out an a damp lawn stuffing themselves can cause major tummy upsets, especially if the piggies are not used it.

Thank you that's great. I've just started giving them a

Thanks that's great. I've just started giving them a small handful each day with breakfast they are yumming it up! No tummy probs. They won't get outside as to many problems so I'm bringing outside in to them instead!
