'MURRAY' The stray Guinea...from BUSH-TO-BATH

Hi, To everyone who have kindly taken the time to advice us on 'MURRAY'....
Here is a pic of him in my Daughters Barbie bath......Unable to catch him for over 3 wks, he was surviving 'under a bush' in our garden....we improvised buying him a 'rodent house with hay' & a water bottle attatched to a tree, fed him daily, until our Whippet wanted to be 'in on the scene' , He was captured in a Humane rat trap , & He is now our 4 year old Daughters Beloved 'MURRAY'
Thinks he likes a 'bit of bling' & is ruined already with a run & hutch fit for a Royal Guinea Pig !
We have been in touch with our local Rescue & are hoping to find him a friend , very soon !
TRISH x

What a lovely picture of a gorgeous boy - wonder where he came from! Glad he's being cared for now and bet he'll be so happy to have a friend

love the picture....
Indeed totally ruined, but who would have it any other way?
How is he behaving 'in captivity'?

Oh, Murray's so lovely - and still so young! The is a lot of ear to grow into, yet! Obviously, he enjoys being a beloved pet - just wait how happy he'll be with a friend!

He's such a lucky guy - most guineas don't survive in the wild and just disappear...

Awww what a poor boy he was.
Glad he has a family now bless his heartx)x)

Bless him, I am so pleased you managed to capture him. For what it's worth, given a few weeks of your TLC he won't even think about his brush with "the wild" any more!

stupid question, but are you sure Murray is a HE?:{ if HE has a penchant for the old Barbie bathroom furniture.... are you thinking like I'm thinking?

Oh,don't worry, He's a definate 'HE' ....He's as 'CAMP' as they come though !
I think his NEW friend is in for a shock !

What a cute little lad, glad he is safe and looking forwards to a new friend.
