Fungal!

Hi one of my piggies has got fungal and I have been treating her with Manuka and Neem shampoo from gorgeous guineas. It hasn't seemed to have gone. But today when I looked the skin seemed to have gone really thick and hard (like a scab but dry skin) does this happen when it is healing or not? What else can I use, thank you x

It sounds to me like it isn't working. What were the initial signs of fungal? Was it diagnosed by a vet?

I always treat fungal with a shampoo like Nizoral, Alphosyl, or Polytar and follow with Imaverol dips. Always patch test for 48 hours behind the ear.
