Hello all :)
Just would love some advice or opinions.
Today when checking titan all over I noticed he has a scab on his lip , he is eating well and running about being his usual self.
As this isn't causing him any problems should I take him to the vet to get it checked just in case or should I keep and eye on it and then go? I just don't want to take him if it's going to stress him out and I'd rather avoid that . It's like a healing cut ( probably on his crunch sticks ) I think he caught his lip. See photo . Help!

Hmm.
When my boys were fighting, actual dashing round the cage like a whirlwind fighting, they had their share of minor cuts. Don't get me wrong- they wouldn't have been happy separated, and in their huge cage they're much happier. So-
When they had their first checkup, we showed the deepest cut (on Duncan's nose) to the vet, she said it was just a scratch that would heal fine, and it did. To me, it looks like he caught it on something (like if we caught our finger on something, minor ouch, then forgotten.) So I wouldn't worry! If, of course, it gets worse or seems to really bother him when touched, maybe see the vet.
Good luck, and also- he is gorgeous!

Thank you so much :) he seems happy, still dashing about , he is a snuggle bug !

Any chance of a close up of the scab? Any sign of flakey ness?

Here is the best I could do , it's like a cut and with a scab on the inside of his lip.

keep an eye if it gets bigger or flakey then vets trip... but could just be result of sharp hay or getting over zealous with cage friend

Thank you , if it gets bigger I'll take him down asap :)
