hi all, my guinea girls have been together since about January. I have on dental pig that requires a lot of care but has been doing well. My other girl gets chronic UTIs but hasn’t been found to have stones so we have been treating them as they come. She is going to be 5 in a couple months and my dental pig will be 2 around the same time. The last week or so they have been bickering more and it has been escalating. My uti piggy will chase my dental piggy and hump her! It’s been getting worse and worse! I know sometimes pigs will fight if one or both are ill. Will the ill pig be the aggressor or the other way around?

I can understand your panic.
When she was young Jemimah experienced very strong seasons and was a real pain to live with. She is the bottom sow in a trio. Her sister Keziah who is 2nd ranking bore the brunt of it.
This was my pre forum days so I hadn’t heard of strong seasons and so consulted my lovely vet.
She talked about ovarian cysts and advised watching the situation.
Meanwhile I did research, learnt about ovarian cysts and strong seasons.

Fortunately it was just her seasons and thus calmed down as she grew older.
It can be worrying for a new owner experiencing this for the first time.

If you are really concerned then get her checked by your vet
