My guineas are ridiculously picky when it comes to their hay. I buy a large bale from my local horse supply place, but have only ever used it as bedding as the piggies would only eat the expensive Oxbow stuff.

I went to get another bale a couple of days ago and was amazed at the difference in quality from before. The hay is actually green and smells lovely and sweet. When I put it in the guinea pig hutch all 4 immediately started munching on it, and have barely stopped since. The Oxbow orchard grass hay in the rack hasn't been touched in 2 days now as all they have been eating is the new stuff, there have even been pellets left in their food bowls when I go to refill them, which is unheard of.

It's only £5.50 for a huge bale that will last for ages. This is the place.....

I'm sure I remember seeing that a few people on here already go there but if you don't I can definitely recommend them. I don't know if they have a different supplier or if it's just been a better year for growing, or maybe my bale was a fluke, but whatever the reason it's going to save me a fortune!

Now all I need to do is talk them in to selling megazorb and I'll be set. :))

I'm on it, I'll be asking for Megazorb to. You must be not to far from me.

Always good to meet a fellow Scot :)).
