Glynis and Ellie

Hi All,

Here are some snaps of Glynis and Ellie. For those that don't know Niki rescued them and I took them in from her. They were sold as a 'breeding' pair with their brother Ron and may be pregnant. Not sure about Ellie but Glynis, maybe. It is a waiting game. They could be between 1 and 4 weeks pregnant. They have lived with boars all their lives and have littered once having 3 each. Glynis or Guiness as Caitlin calls her can eat for England! :(|)

Ellie does have a slight problem with her back feet, she has extra digits but as soon as they litter or if I know they aren't pregnant I'll whip her to the vet to have them off as one side is hanging off a lot this makes her stick her back feet out further but doesn't cause any problems to her, she is adorable! A cross between Maggie and Eccles! More to follow of Ron, just got to catch him as he is living it up next to the ladies in the Shed! Quite a lad that fella!

And as you can see from the snap she deosn't look hugely pregnant, but she does have pockets which may be from a last pregnancy but we'll see.

And as you can see from the picture, her feet do stick out a bit and she deosn't look pregnant at all. Another waiting game! Should know by 6 weeks max if they are. :)

ROFL i'm a chunky aren't i :(|) i do hope that all goes well i worry to hear they both been thru pregnancies at such young ages :(

They are so lovely - and I wish them and any babies all the best; especially with the brother being the dad. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that Eliie isn't pregnant.

At least they will be looked after well and get all the tlc they need!

Vicky yep just said this to Peter I hope she isn't because she is inbred herself. Ideally I hope Glynis isn't either but she just seems thicker set, its hard to explain she looks like she is ready to burst sometimes. I am terrible for waiting! rolleyes

Love Glynis Guiness & yes she can't half pack it away but Ellie's as good - she nicks food from Glynis & legs it with it :)) :))
 
Glynis is such a doll she lets you do anything to her! For such small pigs they are whizzing through the food though! Ellie keeps getting kicked out of the igloo as well! :(|)

She is - she's so laid back (unlike Ron! :(|) ) They eat like they're getting ready for hibernation, they'll be 2kg by end of week! Poor Ellie, i think Glynis is def boss lady & likes her own space. Ellie loves Ron & Ron most def loves Ellie (& every other female) :(|)
