Going potty

So hes in a pen and has a crate that has bedding to potty in, He goes in there quite a bit like hes potty trained but then sometimes he pees and somepoop on the towels, Why does he go in his Bed most of the time and then sometimes on the towels? dont get it?

Not all guinea pigs can be potty trained. And even if they are, it most likely won't be completely. Guinea pigs usually poop where they eat. So maybe you can put fill hay into a hackrack and hang it above his crate.
