Going to miss my babies :'(

I'm not a usual one to winge much. But I'm having my first holiday in over 2 years on Friday (for a week). I'm going to miss all my furries so so much :0

I popped out today and when i came back they all ran to the edge of their run to greet me and ask for food. I love them so much. I trust my nieghbour (who has piggies herself) intently that she will look after everyone well. And i have written an essay on what/when they eat when they're cleaned.

I cant wait for a bit of sunshine, but i wish i could take them with me. :0

Spain. To stay with a friend, and then in her apartment on the coast. Apparently its scorching over there at the moment. Nutmeg is going to a friends, because she needs a bit of a reminder to eat.

I know the feeling, I miss mine so much when we are away and the 1st thing I do when I get back is cuddle them and check they're okay.

I feel the same... But with family and friends either in Wales or even further away on the continent, I have to leave my piggies regularly.

We have a week long holiday every year and I hate leaving them. I know that they will be well looked after, but now Bingo in particular needs some extra care and is hard to handle. I will probably write an essay and give them phone numbers for all the different vets and people they might need to contact!

At least you will look forward to seeing them when you come home!

my holiday is a different one this year. i've paid for a holiday for my parents and they will be taking my two younger kids with them. my 19yr old is staying at home with us. our holiday is having peace and quiet at home - and that way i don't have to leave any of my animals we are all winners really - the kids get a holiday, as do my parents and we have a relaxing time at home without my 2 hyper kids driving us mad:<>

Awww, I know what you mean! I hate leaving mine even with my OH! They definitely know whether it is you or someone else looking after them!
