I am pleased and proud to announce that I have just set up a standing order to donate some of the proceeds from selling my cosy sacks to April Lodge Guinea Pig Rescue (http://www.aprillodge.co.uk/) every month. This is where Tango and Lacey are from and I wouldn't have found out about them without the advice of the lovely people on here.

They are currently caring for 92 unwanted animals and I am pleased to be able to help.

Thanks to everyone who's bought my cosy sacks. I hope you are all pleased with them :) x

I want some cosy sacks for my boys and girl for the winter, do you have a website or a for sale thread?
 
Aww that's lovely! My mum lives in Whitstable so I know of this rescue! I'd really like to visit one day (but it would be so hard to resist the piggies)! They have a shop too don't they?

Yes they do. They sell lovely gifts :) You can buy online too.

I'm round the corner from your mum in Herne Bay!

The Rescue is in the process of moving at the moment and all the piggies are in foster homes around Kent. I know they need lots of support at the moment :)

Oh really! How funny! :)) Lovely to have another piggy fan close by! Which vets do you use? I'll be home for two weeks over christmas so it's good to know in case of an emergency!

Oh I hope they can keep it running, they are a great rescue. Do you know where they are moving to? I might have to get some things from the website now to give them a little bit of support! :)
