good tip for cleaning water bottles!

i kept trying the clean the guineas water bottles but could never reach the orquard places,i didnt have a bottle brush to clean them,so i decided to try something and it worked!

okay the tip is to put some uncooked rice in the water bottle,add some water,just under quater full,then put your hand over the end(dont want to get covered in rice water!) and shake it about,tip out,then swill out a couple of times and whalah!clean bottle!

ohh thanks. I find the brushes dont do a great job anyway so I will def try this

Another good thing to use is those little bally chains that you sometimes get on new sports bags that look like this:
