Goodbye Floss

Ok bonding went well, bit of teeth chattering at first. Left them overnight in the pen to settle. Bit more chattering when first in the cage but settled now. She’s actually a lilac with ruby red eyes.
 
That’s so nice to hear. Beautiful Bronte is a lucky pig who’s landed on her paws.

Bronte has been renamed Ruby due to her beautiful ruby eyes. She’s extremely skittish and seems to have been through the wars. I don’t know much about her history other than she was a farm piggie bred for babies and she actually has 2 claws missing from her one of her little footsies. Screamed bloody murder when I picked her up to weigh yesterday so will be keeping handling to only essential weigh ins and cage cleans for the next few weeks.
