Black piggies
Senior Guinea Pig
Aw this wasn't unexpected but so sad anyway. We adopted 3 year old Miffy in January and not long after that the vet found a very big tumour in her dewlap, expected to cause problems. The vet said she might live a year. Earlier this evening Miffy seemed to have a sudden stroke or something, lost movement on one side, was thrashing about. The vet and I both felt given her history that putting her to sleep would be a kindness. Miffy was so sweet. She didn't seem to know to wheek for food, and today she was so happy copying Shadow wheeking for food. Look I can do it now!
She loved her daily loxicom and seemed happy to the end.
Kinda weird, brought her home for Shadow to say goodbye and the lower third of her tummy is shaved
Well Miffy, it was a pleasure knowing you for this short time, hope to see you again
