Goodnight my little Ginger

About a week or so ago we noticed that Ginger had a lump under her throat. We knew something was wrong but wasn't too worried as she was still happy and hungry but decided to take her to the vet today just in case. The vet did multiple tests and said she had kidney failure and something else too. They said that we could try to flush out whatever it was that was affecting her but as she was already 8 years old we decided against it. We brought her home and shortly after she lay down in her hay and passed very quickly and peacefully.

I will miss you daily demands for fresh food and treats whenever we open the fridge and it will be so lonely now we don't have any guinea pigs. Love you so much and hope you can find your companion Scampers on the rainbow bridge
