Grease gland advice please

Would like some advice please! Just got 2 rescue boys in today and I have noticed that one of them has a grease mark where the tail should be. It has some dirt that has stuck to it, but its not alot. Had a feel round the area and it feels greasy. Just want some advice as to how often I need to wash it, what to wash it with and will this need to be done for life.

A bit of swarfega on there should do the trick! I normally do mine when i bath them but i suppose it depends on different boars!
 
Hi Mary,

Like Starflick i use Swarfega, I just keep a check on how greasy they are, if they're not due a bath i only do their grease glands & yep it's for life ;)
 
I usually give my lot a good old wipe with some baby wipes then until they have abath. Then it's cleaned more :)
