My teddy boar gets a very dirty grease gland. I try not to fiddle with it except when he has a bath. He has a white bum and the hair around goes brown and yellow. However, when I clean it (I use Fairy Liquid to break down the grease) I end up pulling the majority of the hair away and it goes red and looks a bit sore. It doesn't seem to bother him and I can't get it clean otherwise, but it does look sore. Is there another way to do it? I think it's because his hair is fairly fine there. It just stays in a yellow lump otherwise :(
