Out of a group of 3 only 1 is like this. Most likely start of fungal so do i do the neem melt from GG and wash off with Manuka and neem or do i get some nizoral?
There are no bald patches and she is not scratching but does seem a little tender x

I'm not very familiar with the GG products, so I would go with the nizoral - leave it on for 10 mins before washing it off thoroughly and then re-shampoo with a mild shampoo.

You could also give her a bath with Vetsect shampoo. Most of the experts at Guinea Pig Magazine use it.
It is apparently good for fungal, ringworm, dandruff etc..... You can get it on the Net. Amazon sell it.
(Amazon sell everything!)

How soon after shampooing would you use imavarol ?

straight after rinsing the shampoo out I dip mine in the imaverol. they're really not keen on baths so doing it all in one fell swoop means I don't stress them out on two separate occasions!
